5 Acceptable Use

• Upload, share, or train the AI using illegal or harmful content.

Texclon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6 AI Behavior and Responsibility

Texclon's AI operates based on user-provided data and configurations. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the output generated by your AI profile.
• Texclon is not liable for messages, replies, or communications produced by your AI on third-party platforms.
• You must review automated outputs periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

7 Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, and materials within Texclon remain the property of Texclon. You retain ownership of your data and uploaded materials but grant Texclon a limited license to process and use this data solely to provide Services.

8 Subscription and Payments

Texclon may offer free or paid tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment details.
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable.
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9 Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Texclon may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of Services. Upon termination, your license to use Texclon ceases immediately.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texclon is not liable for:

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texclon from claims arising from your use of the Services, data input, or AI-generated actions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15 Changes to Terms

Texclon may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
